David graduated with a BE (Electronic Engineering) from RMIT in 1981. He has been a member of the IEEE for more than 30 years. He has wide experience in the use of software and hardware in the industrial environment.

Peter graduated in 1980 with a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical). He has more than 30 years experience in process control engineering including hardware and software development. Software experience includes Assembler, C, C++, Fortran using several different operating systems on various platforms. He is a member of the APESMA.

With more than 30 years experience as a process engineer, Brian Scott is a recognized world expert in the field of anode production for Aluminium smelters.

Tereza has a degree in Industrial Chemistry and post-graduate MBAs in Financial Administration and Economy, with extensive experience in Project Management - PMP/PMO. Tereza has over 30 years of experience in the financial area, having spent the last 15 years in the Information Technology area as Superintendent , Contracts Manager (including total outsourcing) and Project Control Leader with BEM (State Bank of Maranhao) and Bradesco (Sao Paulo).
