C-Born Software Systems were part of the AAHL’s award winning control system group for their role in writing the software for the facilities 170 air handling controllers systems.
C-Born completed a plant upgrade of PLC Dryer. Older KM PLC’s were decommissioned and replaced with a Honeywell Experion C200. Control Builder was used to create control modules and verify other PLC code.
C-Born provided design work for battery manufacturing machinery. Allen Bradley PLC-2s were used in the designs, which included control panels and control circuits.
C-Born designed and implemented software to support high speed data acquisition systems.
The AutoFire project saw C-Born design a heavy-duty embedded control system to be used in the challenging aluminium smelter bake furnaces environment. In October 1993 the Institution of Engineers Australia recognised C-Born Software Systems for Significant Engineering Achievement for the Bakes Furnace Fire Control System (AutoFire.)
C-Born Software has been a key partner in glass manufacture, designing software to support the industry in the manufacture of windscreens for vehicles, as well as design, letting and managing of tenders and contracts.
